• Requests fo short-term rental should be sent to: baiyun-residence@inkofchina.org
• The minimum rental period is 7 days.
• A contract proposal will be sent upon receipt of the reservation request.
• The reservation becomes final upon payment of the advance.

• CHF 180.00 for the cleaning of the apartment and for the supply of the sheets and linen.
• The daily tourist tax per person is CHF 3.00.

• Deposit : 60 days before your date of arrival.
• Payment of the rental balance : 30 days before your arrival date.
• Bank account details will be advised with the confirmation of the rental conditions.
• In case of non respect of the booking procedure, the reservation will be cancelled.
• In the event of cancellation the deposit paid in advance will be refunded, if the apartment has been subsequently re-let to another person.

• During the check-in, the tenant will pay a deposit of CHF 1'000.00 (one thousand Swiss francs).

• Check-in: as from 3:00 p.m.
• Check out: before 11:00 a.m.
• The day following each departure is dedicated to the maintenance and cleaning of the Residence.
• Sheets and towels are provided to tenants for stays of at least two weeks.
• Any change to these provisions requires the prior written consent of the manager of Residence Bai Yun.

In case of non-compliance with the procedure, the reservation will be cancelled.
